Professor Teresa C. D'Oliveira
Teresa C. D’Oliveira is Professor of Psychology at Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU). Prior to joining CCCU, Teresa was the programme leader for the MSc Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology, King’s College London, the second biggest postgraduate programme at the IoPPN.
Teresa completed her First-class degree (BSc + MSc) in Applied Psychology and MSc in Organisational Behaviour at the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada in Lisbon, a PhD in Applied Psychology at Cranfield University in the UK and postdoctoral studies at the University of Barcelona in Spain. Teresa’s research interests focus on the interface between work and working conditions and the improvement of individual well-being, health and performance. Recent activities have considered the biopsychological mechanisms underlying organisational behaviour and the role of organisations in improving and promoting physical and mental health and well-being.
